Great news about VRC listing on the SEM! A very nice New Year's Eve present!

Not sure about what happens' next?

Does VRC now prepare a prospectus for interested investors to peruse?
At a sp of just 1.2c some investors might consider that there is significant risk?
VRC would have to produce a convincing case for people to invest.
They were offering a return of 10% a year in previous considerations, is that still the case and is that sustainable?
What happens if the full US$40b isn't raised, what if they only raise $20b?

It is a fickle market at the moment. Who knows how the market will react and how the Bond investors will react? Hopefully all goes to plan and VRC already have some commitments from some large investors! The prospectus must look pretty convincing. Investors would like to know how many confirmed offtake agreements are already in play. VRC would need to announce what Binding Offtake Agreements it has definitely secured.

Hopefully all is plain sailing from now on. VRC's long suffering shareholders deserve some good news and a large re-rating of the sp!
