If VRC makes it to 10c plus a share, then I will have plenty of new friends, partying with me in the Bahamas!

Sure, it is good that the SEM is pleased with VRC's documents and economic presentation. Now it is VRC's turn to convince potential investors! It will be very interesting to peruse the prospectus being sent to interested investors. After all the huff, puff and bluff from VRC over the last 3 years, here is VRC's time to shine and to show the full potential of the company! Everything must be put on the line, including off take agreements, the economics of the mining, the profits to be made, the staged development into a major world Graphite miner etc.

Investors must weigh up the lure of a yearly dividend and the possible rise in the Bond price, against the risks involved with the company. At a sp of just 1.1c, many investors wouldn't take on that risk.

Let's hope that all goes well and VRC is able to raise the US$40m (got it right this time!), quickly and easily!

Expect a flow of announcements from VRC over the coming months.
