That is'presumptuous' and quite unsubstantiated info imo possum....but then we have had 100's of these over the years that have been proved misleading. SEM approving prospectus would be ticking off their 'boxes' and would have nothing to do with who or how many investors may believe the VRC story and take up the offer.
From memory, TM stated in a telephone conversation, back in the days when an Ann stated the prospectus would be done and dusted in 8 weeks, that he would be happy to raise $25 mill. The SP was much healthier then and the ' official presumption' did not amount to anything but pain for investors while BODs stayed on fat salaries and pay rises till now. ...but 'thumbs up' believe in presumptions still it seems.
Have you heard from 'around the traps' if the prospectus is going very well again this time possum???
