Agreed. To illustrate your point, the Record Date is different on page one and page two... Per page one:

"Participation in the Plan is open to all holders of Volt shares as at 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday 16 August 2019 (Record Date)"

And on page two:

Record Date for Share Purchase Plan : Friday 19 July 2019

My broker has already asked me whether I wish to participate, based, presumably, on my holdings as at July 19th. I wonder how many people, on reading the (probably incorrect) date on page one rushed to buy some shares (7.5M changed hands yesterday) thinking it would give them a foot in the door to buy another $15k at a discount in August.

For a two page document, it's monumentally embarrassing not to be able to proof read it at least to the extent that the Defined Terms have consistent definitions.
