"The New Shares will be issued at a 20% discount to the volume weighted average price traded on the ASX during the 5 days immediately prior to the issue date of the New Shares in accordance with ASX Listing Rules." Per Ann.
Am I misinterpreting?
Price won't be decided until issuance on Friday 23rd of August and will be based upon the 5 day vwap prior to this date at 20% discount?
Maybe I have the date wrong.
Is it better for Patersons to pump the price or not so much?
