The current share price (a barometer for how the investing public perceives the company) sits at 1% (yes, ONE percent) of what it was 13 years ago - and I won't even go into the fraction that it represents of the SP of 20 years ago - it's too small for my calculator to handle.

But Possum has found the silver lining that all us dimwits are too blind to see - there could be a white knight out there that might be willing to pay TWICE (dare we dream, 3 times!) our current value. If you acquired your shares in the past few weeks (I'm sure you did that, didn't you?) you've got it made in the shade. Those poor saps that didn't, however, are probably not going to be in a position to buy that Lambo, or villa in the south of France.

But wait! All may still not be lost - there is that (gossamer thread) chance that some government, somewhere, will give us a handout. To paraphrase Blanche DuBois; "We can always depended on the kindness of strangers".
