    At this stage of proceedings l guess we have to like the 'insurance' factor, however, obviously negotiations started with this quite some time ago as these sorts of deals can't happen overnite...my point being...why did BoD's feel, so long ago, that they needed 'insurance' if all the blue sky Anns we have been fed weren't 'painted grey clouds'?
