does it? isn't underwriting the whole point is its a "given" exotix have basically said we will buy at 2c no matter what so if sp goes to 1c exotix will pick up at 2c aka they are underwriting it / guarantee... essentially they will buy only if below 2c - otherwise SH will convert if its over - so now we have guaranteed options conversion +4.7 million
or am i incorrect?
