For shareholders' sakes, Sunsetgirl, let's hope that the vast majority of options are converted by the current holders ... IMO, the less that have to rely on being underwritten, the better ... although I take your point that at least it's not Pattersons doing the underwriting.
Still needs SP to stay above 2c to encourage actual option holders to convert and the underwriting agreement to be enforceable ... but as I have said previously, I think management are doing whatever they can to ensure this happens, and are probably responsible for a lot of the "buyers" between 2c and 2.4c ... So probably a good chance this will stay above that 2c threshold.
