Agree,@Tassy3 we don't have sufficient details to predict risk/probability or outcome with any accuracy. However the management team who is actively engaging with these government bodies such as ERMA, EIT, DOD, DOE would have a reasonable understanding of their likelihood of winning based on these discussions. The recently secured loan announcement has 2 explicit call outs that they only need the funds for the 4 month term. So whilst nothing is guaranteed, you only go into this type of arrangement having a reasonable view of your chances of winning grant funds up front.
It's also worth remembering that both European Institute of Technology (EIT) and European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) have included Zavalievsky Graphite as a strategic asset in their investment pipeline which has earmarked EUD $15 Billion for raw materials projects across Europe.

And it appears that Russia / Ukraine might finally be turning a corner as news of peace talks starting to surface, which would be a real positive for ZG and Volt if the war in Ukraine ended.
