No dilution? There is absolutely the potential for dilution, it is specifically called out in their own words.
"The maximum number of securities that can be issued under the Funding Agreement being Conversion Shares, shares and options is 200 million"
And as for their plans not to extend the loan beyond the four-month maturity, well, which of their funding plans that they've previously committed too, has really come to fruition?
