Yes, it is very disappointing and it does feel like they are just dragging it along. But it was never going to be easy (proven by how long it is taking), especially in an African country like Tanzania. Their vision is to become the top 3 global suppliers of natural graphite by 2020 and I do agree that estimate is almost certainly not going to happen by 2020, but if funding were to be secured and for the project to go underway, Volt Resources would become a major competitor in the international graphite industry (also due to low labor costs).
