As many have pointed out yesterday, the day belonged to Trevor Matthews our Managing Director, he deserves a round of applause from all shareholders. With our first payment due in 10 days that should also be the catalyst for another re rate in our share price. The timing of this 70% acquisition could not have been better. What with a significant number of new battery factories under construction and proposed over the next 2-3 years demand for battery anode material will be enormous. Graphite is one of the key ingredients in electric vehicle batteries and all manufacturers will want to lock in supply well before their battery factories are completed. I would be very surprised if there is not a steady stream of potential customers knocking on Trevor's door.
So much potential, by years end we could/should be one of the premier graphite suppliers for European car manufacturers.
