The last time I had to wait for something from GR on another stock, they also beat the deadline by 3 months...annoying, that's for sure...but nothing out of the ordinary.
As for the offtake:
PC knows Bunyu is premium, Lew knows it, Galyen knows it( and needs it because he is running out of options time wise otherwise) and I bet Chiang knows it too. So I'm still not worried at all.
