It’s very clear that all the directors including Asimwe and Trevor and other directors need a massive pay cut considering the lack of execution and considering the market cap is so low. RNU director is on $440,000 and justified as he has delivered a $647 mill MC. But Trevor and Asimwe have done nothing for us.

Asimwe has invested over $4.5 million in VRC but gets payed $290,000 a year as chairman so actually he is receiving a 6.5% return each year whilst all other share holders are sitting in loss.

The same goes for Trevor Mathews who makes $400,000 a year doing absolutely nothing for the company except spending money on projects in war torn countries.

It’s clear that these directors need to be cut back 50% plus of their current salaries.

Do you know who outvotes them and that’s the top 20 share holders. They could easily call an extraordinary AGM and vote for reduction of salaries and or removal of certain directors including Trevor.
