Hi Graphene, if you're down 100k I would seriously take a step back and consider how losing this much money will affect you. Everyone is guilty of getting emotional over a stock at one point or another - but don't risk more than you can afford to lose.
If VRC fail to get adequate subscription in the SPP it could be dire straights - I hope you have a fallback strategy if the worst case scenario was to unfold (insolvency etc).
