Interesting to see that KNL's RAP (Resettlement Action Plan) is now completed as far as KNL's work is concerned, and it ended up costing USD 7.5M and taking 12 months to complete.
I haven't heard anything on VRC's RAP since February 2017.
The RAP seems pretty important to the construction/finance sides of the project, have I missed news on this or was February the last time it was mentioned?
VRC's 10th February Announcement.
"Relocation Action Plan (RAP): Complete the report and submit to the Chief Valuer for approval. The approved RAP is not part of the environmental approvals or SML grant process but is required for land based construction to commence. Further, prospective project finance groups will require this as a prerequisite to approving any funding application."
