This is a great point but the cheer squad won't address your question because they have their head in the sand with respect to anything that is perceived to be "negative" albeit a realistic consideration. And the two biggest impacts of the RAP is time and cost.

If VRC manage to raise $1.5 million in this SPP it still won't be sufficient to cover working capital until the end of the year. This is the issue now, VRC are perpetually cum another raise because they haven't taken their medicine and raised a meaningful amount of funds, more than $5 million. They should have done this at the beginning of the year and now it's impossible because the dilution is so great and the sector sentiment so bad.
