    Hi Dreamcatcher,

    This timeframe is one that was suggested to me by an acquaintance who is quite knowledgeable in these types of matters ... But if you were to contact management, they may give you their expectations of when the SPP could be completed by ... They should know better than anyone, I would imagine.
