I don't think we will see any gains from volt until at least a week after the CR as investors know that if the shares are issued at a 20% discount to the sp prior to the issue, the sp will almost certainly drop to meet the price of the shares issued.
So you would be silly to buy any now when they are almost certain to be available at a discount in the near term.
