I can never understand shareholders complaining about their investment in a company and yet continue to hold. If you believe what you have stated in your previous post why are you still holding stock ??
The fact is they are not relying on shareholders to put more money in. BUT the option has been put there should you wish to buy more stock.
What is relevant in my opinion is this : Asimwe Kabunga and Non-executive Director Matt Bull have both agreed to sub-underwrite $300,000 each of the Plan in the event of a shortfall"
One could suggest they would not be doing this if they believed that VRC was going to fold, as some have been suggesting lately.
It's called putting your money where your mouth is.
