Hi Indigo, yes, VRC has Broker support, Director support, largest shareholder support. Existing shareholders get first chance at it, if they don't take it up then they probably can't complain that others (perhaps including some negative sophisticates who may post on here) get some of the pie.
Be interesting to see if those of a negative persuasion have anything good to say about it.
