Now my understanding is that VRC is one of but a few in Tanzania that actually has a binding Off take agreement, which is an important indicator that users actually want your graphite, I know of at least one Tanzanian graphite company that has been trying for years to get such a binding agreement with a Western user, so whilst the VRC project started later it actually seems to be jumping ahead of at least one of its more bogged down fellow Tanzanian graphite companies. So I am not sure your comment about who is "less than amateur" can be applied to VRC
All just IMHO of course.
