Well it looks like they couldn't get Sophisticated investors to stump up cash say they have moved to a SPP plan hoping mug retail punters will stump up cash. A very ominous sign
If they don't find anyone stupid enough to give them cash and have the shares massively diluted then I would say Voluntary administration is a foregone conclusion.
A terrible outcome for shareholders but judging by the price action over the last 12 months and the constant massive selling volumes it would seem to indicate the market agrees that VRC are in terminal mode now.
