As such an announcement of funding for Tanz would be large and definitely price sensitive, the directors / management team would not be able to say anything other than what they are saying now.
Even if funding was planned to be finalised and signed off a hour after the meeting yesterday, it would not have been able to have been discussed even if the time was allowed.
It is simply wait until there is an announcement unless you know someone in financial spheres familiar with the funding.
