Yes MM, there will surely be a bit of a wait still until any firm funding can happen ... But this announcement was obviously intended by management to hopefully be received positively by the market.

Interesting timing for the announcement ... It comes out just after shareholders had to commit whatever funds they were putting into the SPP ... and it means that the average price for the 5 trading days on which the SPP issue price is calculated will probably be higher than it otherwise would have been without the announcement ... and therefore shareholders get less shares for their money.

I guess it's always good to have any news that can be taken as a positive ( even if there is still no definite funding ), but I reckon some fun and games are going on within the BOD with this timing.
