if want true transparency tell the shareholders what was shared with these 3 key holders to invest more ?
People don’t outlay more without clarity / details just cause they seem like nice BOD and agree to 60, 90, 120 day plan when to date have failed to deliver against any plan / dates.
Without transparency trust is being lost, ISTO won’t touch and seems little like secret squirrels BOD with 1 person controls majority.
