On the contrary, it is good to see Directors buying however it's not necessarily a good predictor of future price.
In this case I am suggesting that most of the buying appears to be existing shareholders or parties with a vested interest in the share price. Therefore, the company is not attracting new money and existing shareholders may face the challenge of funding their own convictions during a capital intensive period.
