Why would you race to add these features and delay if a customer had not said something like "If you included XYZ we would take 20 million." As you say it makes no sense. I think an incomplete commercial agreement exemption to avoid a release of the EAP involved could be held out till at least August.
Strong hands and belief is still required in my opinion.
