I think what is missing @NashaNasha
is that there is nothing signed yet not say an "intention to proceed".
That would need to have been disclosed.
Most likely, an intending client wants sample volumes before placing a substantial order.
Others (?) may/will take up the opportunity
On the other hand, BRN are able to proceed to volumes at least for sampling.
The rocket is being tested pre-launch.
Bag-handlers who bought in prior to the last surge are exiting.
So all good for LTH.
