The first thing to say is that Brainchip has never said that Socionext will be the sole distributor of their chips.
The second thing is that the original ASX announcement advising that Socionext will be marketing AKD1000 with its SynQuacer platform refers to it as a joint marketing agreement. You might like to find that ASX announcement.
The chip cost if it’s $10.00 leaves $5.00 potential profit so as this number $15.00 was always spoken of by the former CEO as in effect a wholesale number which might change depending on volume then your answer is approximately $5.00 profit per chip to Brainchip.
