Anyone who thinks this is even remotely good news obviously has no experience with companies who go into VA. If SHH get anything more than 10c in the dollar, I'd be shocked.

VA is very different to bankruptcy protection in the USA (notwithstanding the similar wording of the legal clauses) - it is effectively a last resort for the Directors to avoid personal penalties for trading whilst insolvent. They are obviously out of both money and time. A shame.
