We need to cooperate here. Is anyone prepared to represent the minority view to the administrators?

I also believe that there needs to be a Notice period before going in to Voluntary administration. The Administrator may not have been validly appointed.

The underlying issue of course is that DMR has already shifted all assets of the company in to the African entities. Directors have certainly acted in their own interests all along at the expense of minorities but they will say they had to have local companies to win the licences - even though this is clearly BS if you look at Tullow, Otto etc.
