Great questions! I think it’s fair to say now, the new board has been a complete and utter disaster for shareholders. Lots of shareholders got lied to. I never believed in the new board and called them out, especially on all their broken promises, but was happy to be proven wrong. Then they did the worst thing imaginable, they handed us over to creditors, all because the new directors couldn’t obtain director liability insurance and relationships with PMC then soured! Surprise surprise. This has become one big mess for us retailer shareholders! Funnily enough everything happens for a reason. Cheers ST
