Oops, Korda Mentha are Administrators. Separate receivers were appointed by Macasins and they were paid out and the receivers retired. Korda Mentha are now controlling.

Looks like they have sold the business back to GP no. 2 (I think was a subsidiary or related party?) for enough to retire the debt. Corporate shell will possibly be refloated under a DOCA. MIS holders retain ownership of their holdings, although I haven't looked closely to see if they are getting back returns in line with prospectus.

Next creditors meeting is 21 November.
