Wonder if Wise-Owl ever updated that report and view after the half year result or even after the announcement of near on $1m worth of irregularities in the accounts. If so, you would have to think these guys need to make it a condition of allowing companies to publish their reports that they also publish any updates to it...

One thing I have learned over the years is that when a research report is written on a micro-cap company, it is nearly always because they have engaged a broker to help them raise more funds. Always look for motivation.
