The problem is , the convertible note holders, the notes having been the purchase price for the Albury NSW plant.
Now ARW is in administration, I would not be surprised if that plant reverts to the convertible note holders.
ARW shareholders are treated like scum, so what is the need to inform them? They are not going anywhere,and there are plenty of Board members, management, suppliers etc in a feeding frenzy, up the food chain.
