Earlier Legislative changes (post Rudd) , admittedly, didn't help either. One could even consider that the
subsequent recent encouraging Legislative changes passed by the current govt. was easy appeasement and only done in the knowledge that the pledges would, in the end, be revenue neutral with the then known crash in the oil price. No "discount" would be claimed.
Wrong place, wrong time; quietly played out by very well paid management "team". Lying thru their teeth and smiling too, I'd venture?
