Well DNC personally I don't see anything wrong with your strategy except you had all your gains in one stock and if you've got all your gains in one stock ,whatever it is , you need to take precautions

This really is a one off situation that I believe had been wiped out a long time ago. I'm gobsmacked that this could occur but doing my level best to see that everyone holding here gets a fair crack at getting their money back . In my mind there's nothing wrong with the product ,there's hardly any debt , but the circumstances are highly unusual in this day and age to say the least
