    Research starts at the Finacials of a company, total shares on issue, how many times SPP/fundraisers,Appendix 3b, staff/contractors being paid by shares.Then they have a products that creates enough revenue to sustain the operations of a company , the rest is cream.


    1. good management
    2.revenue/cash (is King)
    3.product that sells

    I still lost lots by waiting for mothersday. Lesson learnt and never again.
