Perhaps someone with a legal/accounting background could comment on whether some investigation/action could be considered by authorities that have some oversight on the actions of our previous board. They have cost us dearly and if there is demonstrable evidence of inappropriate action or neglect then perhaps there is some recourse? Anyone?
