I feel exactly the same as you.
There needs to be stricter rules for rubbish like this where a MD is getting paid half a mill a year from a company not making any revenue.
ASX/ASIC should be able to prosecute on behalf of shareholders and claw back the exorbitant wages.
I still dont get the number of fools who voted yes to renumeration.!!
