    Two days ago we were told

    "Company in relation to strategic and bridge financing initiatives previously announced and the Company’s financial position"

    Nothing there about finalising anything, just an announcement about initiatives previously announced. Which in this case, is that those previous announcements alluding to any kind of deal, was essentially BS.
