What are my thoughts on how this will play out?
The mine in Namibia is gone! That will get the Chinese off their backs & some cash in those pockets.
The lease/land in Abu Dhabi is gone! There goes the chemical conversion plant.
Some of the holding companies could be sold off.
The defendant in Namibia will owe LPD some cash do to all the legal proceedings that took place.
The technology appears to be solid, if CL is anything to go off.
That doesn't leave LPD with much, just a shell of a company but holding some good tech.
The company will consolidate the SP, recapitalise with what little cash it has & then relist, along with all the diehard SH. The problem is, it will be a shell of a company, after almost 10 years of work!! It will be back to square 1 again & just holding the tech, that's the most valuable part of this company. The problem is it's an intangible asset so there's not much you can do with it.
JW needs to go as I don't think he'll have SH backing anymore & I doubt many would trust him after this.
What impressed me most about this company was just about every CR was oversubscribed, so there are a lot of dedicated SH out there.
This is my last post on these threads, signing off from the one & only spineless individual.
