Looks like a cheap way for someone to gain control of the company.
Looking back at the company's announcments over the past few months, something very fishy indeed going on here.
Not even an attempt at a cap raising from SH. Reading back their last one was over heavily over-subscribed.
Hmmm.. will be intersting to see what goes on with this.
