Hmm looking at the announcement of 15 December it seems the funding they had was very short-term and its looks like a failure to get some short of rollover or conversion was fatal. Shareholders might have some comments about the last paragraph of that announcement, given it was about funding supporting expansion, long-term objectives etc, and a month later they are in administration.
