MLX have upped their valuation of Greentech. Today’s offer is $0.35 HK VS $0.28 HK in October 2024. Today’s offer places 100% ownership in Greentech at A$95m VS A$76m in October.
If Greentech accept this 28% partial offer MLX interest in Renison goes to 62%. Obviously discussions need to play out but I love Brett’s intent.
