Second post removed. What's going on?
OI was just highlighting that they are delisting whilst bragging all over social media about how successful their show was and winning 3 awards for product.

I still don't get how it's fair for shareholders that they offer 5 cents a share which equates to $5m while the last annual report shows they had almost $10m cash in the bank and over $7m in inventory for an equity position of $18m.
Surely an independent valuation is required in this situation.
I think all the shareholders deserve better.
