Today I went to the online voting link and voted all my shares (225,000) against the voluntary delisting but for the 50% buyback. I suggest all current shareholders to do likewise. The board will see where the online votes are at before the EGM. If enough minority shareholders vote against the voluntary delisting then the company will hopefully come back with a reasonable offer before the EGM. I'm prepared to wait it and hold delisted shares if necessary than give the board the pleasure of having my shares so cheaply.
