Below is the link to the Computershare Form to cancel CDI's and transfer to ordinary shares on the LSE.

Complete the form or do nothing and in due course a share certificate will be issued to each CDI holder which can then be provided to the brokerage chosen by you to trade on the LSE. The form has a choice in this regard either provide your Brokers details or choose to have a share certificate issued.

As advised, the company will provide a letter shortly detailing your choices.
